Sellers must provide valid business information, tax registration, and identification documents.
All sellers must comply with local laws and regulations in their business operations.
Products must be accurately described with correct details, images, and specifications.
Misleading titles, false claims, or counterfeit items are strictly prohibited.
Restricted/prohibited products (weapons, illegal items, unsafe goods, etc.) are not allowed.
Sellers are responsible for setting competitive and fair prices.
Inventory levels must be updated regularly to avoid overselling.
Any hidden charges or misleading pricing practices are prohibited.
Sellers must ship orders within the promised timeframe.
Packaging must ensure products arrive safely and in good condition.
Tracking information should be provided to buyers once the order is shipped.
Sellers must honor Unico Store’s Refund & Return Policy.
Returned products should be inspected and refunds/exchanges processed promptly.
Repeated complaints of defective or incorrect products may result in penalties or account suspension.
Sellers must respond to buyer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Negative feedback should be resolved through cooperation and customer care.
Harassment or unprofessional communication with buyers or staff will not be tolerated.
Unico Store charges a [X%] commission on each sale (details in Seller Agreement).
Payment settlements will be processed to sellers within [X days] after order completion.

Sellers may close their account by giving written notice, but outstanding orders must still be fulfilled.
